Registration is first
come first served. In the case of
oversubscription to a specific week you will be notified.
PLEASE NOTE: A
complete information packet will be mailed to you early in April. The Registrar will not contact you previous
to that time unless there is a problem.

The $200 deposit
will be put toward the total cost of camp.
If you have applied for a week that has already been filled you will be
notified and your deposit will be refunded.
You can also choose to use your deposit to hold a spot on a wait list or
to reserve space in a week which has not yet filled.
Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policy:
A complete Camper Information Packet will be sent early in April
The Registrar will not contact you previous to that time unless there is a problem.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is encouraged to
cover unforeseen emergency cancellations.
No one likes to think that an emergency will force the cancellation of a
long anticipated vacation. Emergencies,
unfortunately, do happen. You have been
given above the cancellation policy and refund information for August
Camp. There will be no exceptions to this policy. In order to protect yourself, if you so
choose, the following information is provided by the AMC:

with which the AMC has worked.

For “maximum eligibility” one must be enrolled
within 15 days of paying the trip deposit.
