2004 Reservations & Rates

August Camp Rates and Dates:

Campers can choose -Session I - July 17-July 31 or Session II - July 31 to Aug 14.
Single weeks are available beginning - 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7.
The fee for one week adult/child is $450 (non-member adult/child $500.)
The fee for two weeks adult/child is $900 (non-member adult/child $1000.)”

Please do not send applications by Registered, Certified or Return Receipt mail, or other means that require a signature upon receipt. Directions to camp will be provided with camper information sheets and equipment lists, which will be sent out with the confirmation letter.

Restrictions:

Campers are responsible for their own transportation to Keene Valley, NY. ADIRONDACK TRAILWAYS Bus Company services the area from the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal. For fares &schedules: 1-800-858-8555

Camp facilities and activities are not suitable for children under 10. All under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children can have an especially good time at camp if they are avid outdoor enthusiasts. There is only one rate for persons attending camp.

Campers will be charged for the full session for which they have registered, regardless of late arrival or early departure.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations MUST be done by U.S. postal mail.
Cancellations postmarked on or before May 31, 2004: $50 is forfeited.
Cancellations postmarked on or before June 30, 2004: $100 is forfeited.
Cancellations postmarked on or before July 10, 2004: 50% of total charge will be forfeited.
No refunds provided after July 10 postmarked.
